The plumber works closely with installation crews to ensure timely and high‑quality remodels while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
The plumber handles all plumbing installations and modifications required for bathroom remodels, ensuring every job meets code requirements and the company’s quality standards. Safety protocols, permitting, pressure testing, and system checks are integral to the work, and the plumber must communicate with inspectors when needed. Coordination with managers and lead installers helps keep projects on schedule, and the plumber reviews work orders and scopes before beginning each task.
Effective customer service is essential; the plumber must communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners about plumbing needs or changes, maintain a professional appearance, and keep work areas clean and organized throughout each installation.
Candidates must hold a valid Texas plumbing license or certification, have at least three years of residential plumbing experience, and possess a strong understanding of residential plumbing codes and installation practices.
