- Participer éventuellement à la gestion de divers programmes corporatifs tels que SAPP, vérifications des antécédents, etc.
- Veiller à ce que les documents de paie, les évaluations de performance, les plans d’action, les rapports de mesures correctives et autres documents soient correctement préparés, traités et archivés.

- Appliquer et soutenir tous les programmes corporatifs et activités liées à la conformité.
- Utiliser les systèmes RH pour compiler des informations et préparer divers formulaires d’action du personnel contenant des données confidentielles et sensibles.
- Coordonner et animer les séances d’orientation, d’éducation et de formation. Assurer une livraison rapide et cohérente des programmes de formation.
- Répondre aux questions sur les régimes d’avantages sociaux et aider aux processus d’inscription. Peut administrer les programmes d’avantages sociaux pour les employés horaires et salariés sur le site.
- Aider les superviseurs et gestionnaires en proposant des solutions pour des situations complexes de personnel.
