  • Minimum of 12 years international leadership experience – Energy industry experience with Automation Background is Must-Have.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and employees.
  • Deep understanding of cultural dynamics within multinational environment and the ability to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Excellent relationship building and long-term planning at executive and operational leadership level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills, and senior executive presence.
  • Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control / Leading P&L role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, management or a related field.
  • Prior responsibility for more than 70 MUSD in Revenues.
