  • Maintain regular communication with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project costs and assist in managing budgets, ensuring that work is completed within financial constraints
  • Coordinate and manage the allocation of labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery. Work closely with the planning and scheduling teams to optimize resource utilisation
  • Oversee the delivery of voids, ensuring that all activities are completed to the required standards of quality and compliance with safety regulations
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by operatives and subcontractors, conducting inspections and ensuring that all work complies with company standards and client specifications

  • Proficiency in basic IT skills, including the use of project management software
  • SSSTS Qualification
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card – Gold / White
  • NVQ L3/4 or equivalent in a Trade Qualification, Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, operatives, and subcontractors
  • Experience in a supervisory role within the repairs and maintenance or construction industry
  • Experience working within the social housing sector or on large-scale maintenance contracts
