edit and refine site work specification sections to meet project requirements; and
prepare detailed design and documentation of project solutions that align with client needs, project schedules, and budget requirements and are consistent with HGA’s standard practices;

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, WinSLAMM/MIDS, and Microsoft Office Suite
5 to 8 years of experience in the design of site improvements for commercial, government, healthcare, or higher education project types
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an EAC-ABET accredited program (licensed professional engineer strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, regulatory authorities, and the project team
Proven ability to handle the design of site improvements for complex and high-profile projects
