- Work in conjunction with Category Buyers and Managers to perform analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives;
- Deliver analysis and maintenance of purchasing and quality data including but not limited to, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, source catalogs, master data, material rejection disposal reports, tooling records, supplier data and measurements;
- Support customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection. All other duties as assigned.

- Associate / bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Vision/Hearing Requirements – Office workers may spend long period of time in front of computer screen. Employees may be exposed to loud noises and machinery in the facility;
- Ability to function as a team player.
- Safety – This is not a safety sensitive position but requires adherence to all safety policies/procedures (i.e. Blue Flag) and use of all required PPE when working in those environments.
- Strength – Employees may lift up to 10 lbs. during a normal day (ex. Box of paper);
- Collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work across functions to perform work deploying supply chain improvements;
- Demonstrated problem‐solving skills to solve common problems;
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Knowledge of standard supply chain systems.
