Flooring Foreman & Laborers (Construction)

Description

• Install polished concrete and other hard‑surface flooring systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets and input timely hours.
• Participate in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) and receive paid vacation and holidays.

Requirements

The successful candidate for Flooring Crew & Foreman positions will demonstrate initiative, be a self‑starter with high professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.

• Commercial flooring experience preferred; must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Hold a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen, respirator medical evaluation, and fit test.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
