Tasks

-Support the implementation for new VOC/Training requirements for new equipment on site -Mentor and coach participants on the Authorised Assessor and Compliance Trainer Pathway programs to develop skills and knowledge -Provide support and resource capabilities to the Training Supervisor regarding training and assessment facilitation, influence site leadership teams and provide solution focussed outcomes to meet compliance standards -Build key relationships with management teams to ensure a proactive approach is adopted regarding training needs, and training is factored into mobilisations, incident learnings. Implementation of new machinery, systems and processes -Educate and guide site leaders in reporting tools to make informed decisions -Facilitate training and assessment (Nationally recognised training, Verification of Competency and familiarisation,)
