  • Drive the creation of self-service content and digital tools to enhance customer independence and reduce team case load
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus
  • Manage, coach, and develop the PID Supervisor and a team of PID specialists to ensure technical accuracy, productivity, and professional growth
  • Track and report monthly on team performance, backlog, customer satisfaction, and OTR rates
  • Provide feedback to Engineering teams as the voice of the customer (VOC) to support ongoing product enhancements
  • Effectively allocate workload through a rapid response process to balance urgent requests from standard cases, managing and reducing long lead times and backlog
  • Keep leadership informed about field trends and emerging aftermarket needs
  • Forecast staffing requirements to prepare business cases for additional resources when needed
  • Hold Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing accountable for timely responses and resolution to meet KPI
  • Act as the main contact for critical escalations, ensuring prompt communication with Sales, Service, and Leadership teams
  • Collaborate with Reps, RPSMs, RESMs, RGMs, and Marketing to deliver excellent aftermarket support
  • Manage the PID budget and maintain it within the monthly/yearly goal
  • Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement efforts to eliminate waste, develop new processes, and standardize functions across different business units
