As a senior member of the commercial team, you will oversee procurement, manage multiple complex subcontract packages, and provide strategic commercial leadership to support successful project delivery. This position requires strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and effective people management skills.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our client’s team on a major projects in the Leinster area. The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, taking ownership of cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing activities.

• Data analysis & problem solving
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Data centre project experience is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
• 10-15yrs experience in total
• 5+ years’ experience in a comparable role
• Strong organisational, communication, and time management abilities
