The Aftermarket Sales Representative role in EPD’s fast‑growing division focuses on dealer success and customer satisfaction. This customer‑facing position builds strong dealer relationships, guides sales strategies, and supports the rollout of innovative products and services to enhance dealer capabilities and generate growth.
Key responsibilities include managing several dealer territories across the Northeast, collaborating with dealers to achieve yearly aftermarket growth targets, and meeting customers to discuss repair options and aftermarket solutions. The role works closely with internal sales support teams to drive regional services growth, expands Customer Value Agreements, and increases parts and services sales through eCommerce channels. Additionally, the representative creates key account plans, promotes digital service engagement, and provides feedback to development teams on aftermarket needs.
Candidates must hold a four‑year degree or equivalent experience and demonstrate strong customer focus, effective communication, negotiation, relationship management, business development, and value‑selling skills. The position requires the ability to understand and align customer needs with customized solutions, convey ideas clearly, negotiate win‑win outcomes, and identify growth opportunities for the business.
Preferred qualifications include deep product knowledge of electric power solutions, especially generator sets, and proven experience building and managing dealer relationships to drive sales and service excellence.
The role is based in the Northeast U.S. District Office in Philadelphia or at local dealer/customer sites, with up to 75 % travel and a five‑day onsite work schedule. A company vehicle, cell‑phone stipend, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package—including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), HSA, and incentive bonus—are provided. Salary ranges from $110,520 to $165,840.
