Essential duties include operating vehicles in compliance with WM safety rules, OSHA and DOT regulations, performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, reporting unsafe conditions, attending training, collaborating with the Operations Manager to improve route efficiency, and completing end‑of‑day documentation. Drivers must also communicate customer requests, ensure receptacles are dumped cleanly, and assist fellow drivers as needed.
