- Conduct site visits, perform field inspections, and prepare technical reports.
- Stay current with building codes, design standards, and emerging technologies relevant to structural engineering.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Perform advanced structural modeling and analysis using software such as ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or similar.
- Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines to develop coordinated design solutions.
- Assist with project management tasks including scheduling, coordination, and quality assurance.
- Lead the design and analysis of building structures using steel, concrete, masonry, and timber materials.

- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (preferred) or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in building structural design.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong understanding of applicable building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, RISA, or similar).
- EIT certification required; PE license or ability to obtain within one year strongly preferred.
