- A passion for smart city, digital built environments, and/or digital literacy.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-impact strategic outcomes.

- Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships across stakeholders including Council, community, government, and industry partners.
