Put away member and guest bags in proper storage location and in timely fashion.
Park and retrieve member, guest and customer vehicles or golf carts in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
Collect golf balls from chipping area and range field on the Practice Facility.
Maintain clean towels, including washing, drying, and folding.
Restock buckets and pick range when needed.
Load bags and move carts to cart staging area.
Will be responsible to drive, pick up, or drop off members and VIP guests around the local area, which includes the airport.
Ensure that members and guests belongings are retrieved and delivered to the proper outlet.
Communicate daily with Assistant Golf Professionals and Outside Services Manager about day’s events and operations.
Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Clean all players’ golf clubs thoroughly.
Assure golf cars are cleaned and washed per club procedures.
Help Practice Range Attendant with the set-up of hitting stations.
Perform drive and park assignments per department policies/procedures.
Provide member assistance and information, such as giving directions, handling baggage, assisting with wheelchairs loading and unloading, etc.
Keep parking areas clean and orderly.
Provide deliveries/pickups as needed, and run other errands as needed.
Maintain clean transportation shuttles and company vehicles (basic cleaning services including car wash, wiping interiors, and brief vacuuming to remove sand and dirt, but not full detailing services).
Set up members and guest’s bags for play.

Prior experience and proven success in the hospitality or service industry is strongly preferred.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Ability to work in a team environment.
