  • Contribute to our mission of enhancing home beauty and energy efficiency.
  • Client Engagement: Approach and engage potential prospects through canvassing, home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
  • Research and Planning: Map out areas for effective outreach and assess staffing needs. Create and manage schedules for Field Marketers. Research events throughout the area.
  • Technology Use: Utilize various mobile technologies for data entry and tracking.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to answer customer questions and demonstrate our offerings at events.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set up in-home estimate appointments for our sales team.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure all appointments obtained by Field Marketers are accurate and complete. Adhere to budget constraints and return on investment requirements.
  • Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, and setting clear expectations for Field Marketers. Supervise their field activities and address any performance issues.
  • Event Support: Oversee the setup and breakdown of booths at events.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • 1-3 Years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation. (must have valid driver's license)
