The company is seeking a Superintendent to oversee all site functions related to home construction while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves managing multiple home projects from permit acquisition through closing, coordinating subcontractors, conducting homeowner walk‑throughs, and ensuring compliance with company construction and safety standards. The Superintendent must maintain schedules, quality, and budgetary targets, and act as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the build. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and have two to four years of relevant experience, including the ability to manage the “13 Milestones of Construction.” A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and the capacity to read and interpret construction documents, codes, and permits are required. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and DRH construction applications, and the ability to control costs and manage budgets are essential. Physical requirements include standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as exposure to outdoor weather and noisy environments.
