Senior CRM Manager

Description

• Ensure CRM solutions comply with privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Drive user insights collection, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and feedback loops to ensure successful feature implementation.
• Coordinate with IT, Customer Experience, Field Sales, Medical, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless CRM integration.
• Communicate product vision, value, and roadmap effectively to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Product Managers to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing CRM solutions.
• Define and document business and non-functional requirements aligned with industry and internal standards.
• Partner with Business Product Owners and Executive Leadership to define and execute digital-forward Patient CRM product roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business feedback, enhancement requests, and prioritization decisions.
• Support rollout and adoption of new CRM features across diverse user groups.
• Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives to improve CRM capabilities and user engagement.
• Monitor healthcare and pharmaceutical CRM trends, emerging technologies, and omnichannel engagement strategies.

BEPC is seeking an experienced Business Product Manager II to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of a Patient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product suite for one of our clients in the biotechnology space. This role focuses on driving digital-first, compliant, and patient-centered CRM capabilities that support omnichannel engagement across commercial, medical, and customer-facing teams.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel customer engagement strategies tailored to patient populations.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in product management, digital product operations, or equivalent roles.
• Strong experience developing and managing product roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Experience managing enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Veeva.
• Hands-on experience with UAT and enterprise feature rollouts.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience owning and delivering enterprise product components from strategy through implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, operations, science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and experimentation within product teams.
