Decorative Paint Sales

Description

This is a full-time on-site Decorative Paint Sales role located in Rai. The role involves engaging with clients to promote and sell decorative paint products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers. The Sales Representative will also take part in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends, collaborate with the sales management team, and ensure sales targets are met through effective strategies and communication.

Requirements

• Knowledge or experience in decorative paints or construction materials is an advantage.
• Experience in sales management, including developing and executing strategies to meet objectives.
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven sales skills with a track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to travel for work-related needs is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
