- Maintains up-to-date, accurate documents for the project, including drawings, plans, submittals, document logs, purchase orders, etc.
- Assists with the preparation and execution of the overall work plan and schedule.
- Coordinate deficiencies promptly.
- Organizes and maintains project site files and documents; manages electronic document database and/or file sharing site.
- Reviews subcontractor/supplier progress applications and payment certificates
- Maintains project awareness to keep the Project Manager and others informed about status and potential project issues.
- Prepares and participates in meetings with the project team, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Provide other technical office support as required by the project team.
- Assists with providing final document turnover to the client at the completion of the project
- Prepares and distributes accurate and detailed meeting minutes promptly
- Liaises with architects, consulting engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding contract and change notices, design revisions, RFIs, RFQs, etc.
- Client service and customer focus to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.

- Experience working on commercial and/or institutional projects from start to finish.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project support role, preferably with an ICI General Contractor or subcontractor.
- Self-motivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and be challenged.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload and stay on top of things as the project demands increase.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office, including MS Project; experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- Works effectively in a team environment.
- Experience on collaborative contract model projects preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction documents.
- Completed post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related discipline.
