The pre‑sales engineer will support Building Automation System (BAS) projects worldwide, providing technical assessments, cost estimates, and bill‑of‑material preparation to enable competitive bidding.

Key duties include reviewing project specifications and MEP drawings, identifying HVAC components, leading kick‑off and review meetings, designing network architecture, selecting hardware and software, and ensuring quality‑assured, on‑time delivery while maintaining accurate timesheets.

Support pre‑sales engineering for global BAS projects

Ideal candidates hold a BE/ME in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Communications, possess strong HVAC and BMS knowledge, are familiar with industry protocols, have hands‑on experience with engineering and commissioning, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Hold a BE/ME in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Communications
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chilled water, cooling towers, AHUs, VAV, etc.) and BMS architecture
Proficient with network protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC
Experience in engineering, installing, and commissioning HVAC and BMS for large‑scale projects
Automation skills in PLC programming and SCADA
Demonstrated leadership managing at least eight team members
Excellent written and verbal communication and problem‑solving abilities
Preferred experience in Building Automation industry and BMS design engineering
