Develop and maintain a regional digital growth plan, orchestrating cross-sector collaboration and ensuring consistency with global offerings.
Maintain an overview of all UK digital advisory/services/platforms by tracking key performance metrics.
You will be part of and lead UK&I committees, as relevant, for digital and will work closely with national and regional leadership teams.
Monitor global and regional market trends, identifying emerging opportunities, and feeding insights into strategic planning. Develop an understanding of regional competitors’ service offerings.
Embed digital offering strategy within regional growth cycle planning.
You will work closely with strategic clients across all sectors within your region and contribute to global client programmes.
Lead work-winning activities and grow revenue associated with the region's digital advisory offerings and platforms.
Assist with digital marketing and communication strategy and ensure there is penetration to staff and energy in digital messaging through internal channels.
Develop and manage ecosystem partnerships to unlock new revenue streams and enhance WSP’s external profile.
Represent WSP at industry events, publishing thought leadership, and contributing to WSP’s global digital identity
Support pipeline growth and client satisfaction. Track, manage and report on the pipeline of digital opportunities across WSP UK.
Be the primary interface to the Global Client Programme (GCP) and meet with key clients to understand their needs to support business development.

Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive client satisfaction as well as audited regulatory compliance.
Experience working at a national level or within a business of comparative scale and complexity.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present complex ideas and information clearly to secure shared understanding and buy-in.
Ability to win work and contribute to others winning work across the UK, covering both digital content.
Proven leadership skills and experience in influencing and building relationships including with senior stakeholders (inside and outside WSP) and technical subject matter experts.
Experience of guiding and influencing decisions outside the immediate chain of line management.
A strong leadership profile within your regional business and local markets for digital.
Qualification in relevant subjects at graduate level, relevant professional accreditation(s), and significant experience in digitally related fields.
