Knowledge of AUS/NZ standards, LEAN principles, and workplace safety systems.
Valid Driver’s License; Forklift and Boiler Licenses desirable.
Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification (essential).
Strong problem-solving, fault-finding, and diagnostic skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks, read technical drawings, and understand equipment operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and engineering monitoring software.
Exposure to a variety of equipment, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
