Product Manager

Description

This is a rare opportunity to shape next-generation automation technology, including high-performance servo motors and control platforms, within a dynamic, growth-focused organization. You’ll influence strategy, product direction, and market impact from the ground up.

• Identify key customers, early adopters, and application opportunities for new launches.
• Provide technical leadership in servo sizing, motion architectures, and IEC 61131 programming.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Partner with sales and marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
• Own the full product lifecycle for motion and automation systems, from concept through commercialization.
• Track product performance, adoption, and profitability to guide continuous improvement.
• Support business development and application engineering teams with product tools, training, and collateral.
• Lead product roadmaps and requirements for servo drives, control systems, and software platforms.
• Drive new product initiatives for integrated mechatronic subsystems.

Requirements

Travel: Up to 25%

• 5+ years of experience in product management, application engineering, or business development within motion control, automation, or electro-mechanical systems
• Python experience a plus (for automation, testing, or integration)
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer visits and collaboration with internal teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical and business priorities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience defining customer requirements and delivering market-ready solutions
• Proven success in product launches and lifecycle management
• Strong knowledge of servo drives, motors, controllers, and automation platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (MBA a plus)

Benefits

Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 basic salary + 5-10% bonus
