The role involves supervising drivers and laborers while maintaining ongoing contact with drilling pads that are currently being serviced as well as those that were serviced in the past and will be serviced in the future.
Key duties include planning, distributing, and monitoring daily assignments to meet company standards, organizing and scheduling necessary resources, coordinating with the Maintenance team, and managing the end‑of‑day check‑in process to capture service, safety, and equipment issues. The incumbent also reviews demand volumes, sets productivity and safety targets, conducts root‑cause investigations for incidents, ensures OSHA compliance, documents fixes, communicates site problems, notifies customer service of delivery schedules, and maintains regulatory records.
Required qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a High School Diploma or GED, at least four years of relevant work experience, and a minimum of two years in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations involving coaching and routing. Required certifications are dictated by contract or local conditions. Physical demands include repetitive motions, coordination, sitting, talking, and hearing in a professional office environment.
The position offers a base salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 for office, on‑site, or hybrid work.
