The Onsite Community Manager is an onsite role managing all administrative, maintenance, and project tasks to improve the community. This position serves as the liaison among homeowners, board members, committee members, association management staff, and maintenance vendors and contractors.
The annual salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. Candidates must have at least two years of community association experience, knowledge of board and general manager interactions, and be willing to obtain and maintain a CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certification (company‑paid). The role requires strong customer service, financial acumen, project management, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
