• Lead a world-class team of top-tier talent (IIT, IIM, ex-MBB) driving mission-critical outcomes for utilities and infrastructure
• Influence how top talent is strategically deployed to maximize customer success
• Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performance team across multiple functions, establishing clear accountability and operational discipline
• Collaborate globally with US-based product consultants, CSMs, and R&D to ensure seamless strategic deployment of customer projects
• Build and implement repeatable processes, playbooks, and staffing strategies to ensure the organization runs efficiently
• Shape the scaling of a global startup while developing your own leadership footprint
• Drive development and retention of top talent, identifying future leaders and creating growth opportunities
• Translate unstructured challenges into structured plans, achieving results in a fast-moving startup environment
