- Manage all leasing functions, ensuring high occupancy levels and optimized rental income.
- Direct customer service operations to ensure resident satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
- Oversee Human Resources activities including workforce planning, hiring strategies, performance management, and preparation of HR budgets.
- Identify opportunities to reduce overhead, improve efficiency, and implement process improvements.

- Proven track record managing complex operational functions across HR, budgeting, leasing, and capital planning.
- Experience with acquisitions, due diligence, and large-scale capital improvements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success leading diverse teams, streamlining operations, and implementing organizational efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
