  • Manage all leasing functions, ensuring high occupancy levels and optimized rental income.
  • Direct customer service operations to ensure resident satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Oversee Human Resources activities including workforce planning, hiring strategies, performance management, and preparation of HR budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce overhead, improve efficiency, and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
  • Oversee due diligence, negotiations, and integration of acquisitions, working closely with legal and finance teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across departments.
  • Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting process, revenue forecasting, and expense management across the portfolio.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing revenue, expenses, and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record managing complex operational functions across HR, budgeting, leasing, and capital planning.
  • Experience with acquisitions, due diligence, and large-scale capital improvements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading diverse teams, streamlining operations, and implementing organizational efficiencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
