Financial Analyst-Senior or Lead (hybrid)

Description

• This role will primarily support the commercial deal team in their pursuit of customer acquisition. The role will be fast paced, and likely require some occasional off hour (night and weekend) work to support urgent requests and pending deadlines.
• Compiles, organizes and formats data, including qualitative analysis required for internal and external reporting. Identifies and researches reporting issues, provides recommendations, assists with the adoption of new reporting requirements. (Reporting)

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory or a related field
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of financial statements, metrics and measures, and key strategic business initiatives; Understands and utilizes economic and industry data as it relates to job responsibilities. (Business Acumen)

• Financial Acumen- Understands basics of finance and accounting, including the relationships between segments of the financial statements (e.g. balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow)
• Requires knowledge of PC applications
• We are open to hire at either the Senior or Lead level, depending on experience (years of experience and salary band listed is for senior level).
• Requires four year degree in business discipline
• The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial modeling skills, be a strong problem solver and comfortable with ambiguity.
