Tasks

-Observing and adhering to company health & safety guidelines -Managing paperwork -Setting a good example to colleagues by observing all company rules and regulations -Managing workload -Maintaining a professional appearance and manner to promote the image of the Company -Achieving company KPIs for attendance in line with the clients' Service Level Agreements -Completing necessary Company documentation punctually and in accordance with guidelines -Ensuring customer expectations are met

What You Bring

-Understanding and meeting guidelines and standards of work expected by JCI / ISSG -Self-motivated and confident -Analytical and Diagnostic Skills -Problem solving -Experience in the Security/CCTV/Access Control sector -Average team member tenure of over 20 years -Flexible approach to work and willingness to work extra hours as required, including occasional out-of-hours/weekend call-outs -Communication skills, both verbal and written -Practical and highly adaptable
