  • Provide regular reporting on interface status, risks, and actions to project leadership.
  • Facilitate interface workshops, design coordination meetings, and issue resolution sessions.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams, contractors, client representatives, and third parties to manage technical and delivery interfaces.
  • Support change management processes related to interface impacts.
  • Develop and maintain interface control documents, matrices, and schedules to ensure alignment across all disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Monitor interface risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or scope conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead the identification, documentation, and resolution of interfaces between various project packages (civil, systems, stations, track, signaling, etc.).

  • P.Eng. license in Ontario is preferred; candidates must be eligible to obtain licensure.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in rail and transit infrastructure projects, with a focus on interface management or multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Experience working on large-scale transit projects (e.g., LRT, subway, commuter rail).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of transit systems, infrastructure delivery, and stakeholder environments.
