Manage and resolve interfaces across rail/transit project packages.
Provide regular reporting on interface status, risks, and actions to project leadership.
Facilitate interface workshops, design coordination meetings, and issue resolution sessions.
Coordinate with internal design teams, contractors, client representatives, and third parties to manage technical and delivery interfaces.
Support change management processes related to interface impacts.
Develop and maintain interface control documents, matrices, and schedules to ensure alignment across all disciplines and stakeholders.
Monitor interface risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or scope conflicts.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Minimum 10 years of experience in rail and transit infrastructure projects, with a focus on interface management or multidisciplinary coordination.
Experience working on large-scale transit projects (e.g., LRT, subway, commuter rail).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of transit systems, infrastructure delivery, and stakeholder environments.
