Manage complex infrastructure and master planning projects involving foul sewer, TSE (Treated Sewage Effluent), and SGW (Surface and Ground Water) systems.
Lead the full lifecycle of sewerage treatment projects, including feasibility, design, permitting, construction, and commissioning.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Engage with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with Ashghal, local municipalities, and environmental agencies to ensure compliance with Qatar’s regulatory frameworks.
Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.
Monitor environmental impact and ensure adherence to Qatar’s sustainability and safety standards.

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with deep sewer networks, pumping stations, and treatment plant technologies.
Proficiency in project management tools and technical documentation.
Demonstrated experience in managing at least two national or regional masterplans.
At least 2 years of experience managing complex infrastructure and master planning projects involving foul sewer, TSE, and SGW.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Familiarity with Qatar’s infrastructure development plans and environmental regulations.
Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), Ashghal standards, and local permitting processes.
Minimum 18 years of experience in sewerage treatment or wet utilities project management.
