Senior Superintendent

Description

• Mentor, guide, and develop Superintendents, APMs, and field engineers as part of the firm’s executive track.
• Serve as the senior field authority on active job sites—driving quality, sequencing, planning, and real-time problem solving.
• Lead field operations for high-end commercial interior and corporate fit-out projects across NYC.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure seamless delivery from mobilization through closeout.
• Partner closely with Project Executives and senior leadership to elevate field operations standards across the organization.
• Oversee site logistics, safety, phasing, schedules, and subcontractor performance on complex, fast-track projects.

Requirements

• Highly respected GC with a strong NYC client base and award-winning interiors portfolio.
• 10–20+ years’ experience leading field operations for NYC commercial interiors, corporate office fit-out, luxury retail, TIs, or interior hospitality work
• Track record managing multi-floor, occupied renovations, fast-paced schedules, and high-detail finish packages.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to command the field, drive accountability, and elevate team performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with clients, designers, executives, and field teams.
• Stable pipeline of work for 2026 and beyond.
• Deep knowledge of NYC construction practices, DOB requirements, site safety, and subcontractor coordination.
