We are seeking to hire a experienced Commercial Roofer to join our Production Team. As a member of the Production Team, you and other members of a roofing crew are responsible for replacing existing roof systems and installing new roof systems on commercial buildings.
Travel is expected for this position.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

NOTE: This position requires U.S. citizenship due to federal government contract requirements passed down by the prime contractor. Applicants who do not meet this criterion will not be considered. Applicants must provide either a US Passport, a US Birth Certificate, or a Certificate of Naturalization to be hired on.
- Pass the 90-day introductory period.
- Experienced with PVC, TPO, Sheet Metal, and Mod Bit Roofing details
- 3-Year Motor Vehicle Record meeting standards to drive company vehicles. (If hired as a driver)

- Willingness to learn from other technicians & direct supervisors.
- Clear a National, State, and Local Background Check
- Learning the basic technical details of various roof systems
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen &
- BASIC COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED

Compensation details: 22-33 Hourly Wage
Hourly Pay: $22.00 to $33.00 per hour
