The role of the Cluster Manager is to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the club, attract new members and marina users, enhance the brand image, and support the overall growth and success of the yacht club and marina as an attractive destination.
The Marketing Manager will create a comprehensive marketing plan by analysing the target market, defining the club’s unique selling points, and selecting appropriate channels. They will manage the brand by establishing guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging, and monitoring perception. Digital efforts will include website optimisation, content creation, social media management, email marketing and online advertising, with a focus on both paid and organic strategies.
The manager will design initiatives to acquire and retain members, launch targeted campaigns, and develop programs that boost engagement and satisfaction. Event promotion will involve producing marketing materials, leveraging online platforms and collaborating with partners to maximise participation. Clear communication will be maintained across websites, newsletters, press releases and stakeholder interactions. Ongoing market research and analysis will guide data‑driven decisions, while close collaboration with senior management will ensure effective budget allocation and ROI tracking.
The role requires adherence to all relevant functional policies, procedures and standard operating instructions, as well as accurate preparation of MIS reports. Safety, quality and environmental management practices must be applied to guarantee compliance and high‑quality service delivery. The manager is expected to contribute to continuous improvement by identifying best‑practice opportunities, cost reductions and productivity gains.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field, and have at least eight years of experience in membership management or a comparable position within hospitality, private clubs or sport and leisure. Required skills include strong sales and customer service, excellent communication, relationship‑building, proficiency with membership management systems, event planning, attention to detail, English and Arabic fluency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in a yacht club or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
