Ensure standardized execution of events nationally to maximize ROI.
Partner with marketing and REMs to develop signage and promotional tools that drive awareness and appointments.
Assist REMs with EM hiring, onboarding, and performance when positions are vacant.
Oversee training and development for REMs and EMs, including incentive programs and training materials.
Create and update SOPs, playbooks, and scripts for event teams.
Develop and implement cohesive corporate event marketing strategies aligned with regional/divisional goals.
Manage event tracking, schedules, and performance reviews.
Analyze training needs and deliver comprehensive programs on engagement, canvassing, and lead generation.
Lead national weekly new hire playbook, production, and training calls.
Handle department communications on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Build, coach, and develop high-performing event teams to achieve the highest ROI per event.
Utilize various training formats (on-the-job, seminars, meetings, webinars).
People-Focused Develop talent, build teams, and lead through collaboration.
Manage the national marketing events calendar (annual, quarterly, monthly) and budget.
Support national events, recruitment efforts, and training as needed (travel 30%).
Analyze ROI and trends to recommend performance management actions, coaching, and playbook updates.

10+ years’ experience in events, event marketing, and/or field marketing; home improvement industry experience preferred.
Proven leadership experience in a training and supervisory role.
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Results-Oriented Drive execution and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and motivate talent across multiple locations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Customer First Understand and shape customer needs, delivering distinctive value.
Budget management experience.
Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Solid attendance and reliability record.
Ability and willingness to travel when necessary (30%-50% nationwide).
