What You Bring

-Expertise in the Melbourne or Australian Eastern Seaboard construction sector, with a focus on tier 1 or tier 2 builder/projects -Ability to assess variations and navigate complex construction projects. -Proven track record in stakeholder management and engagement. -Strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate stakeholder interactions. -8+ years of experience working with a head contractor and/or a client-side business on construction projects. -Demonstrated success in a similar role within the construction with a teir 1/2 Head contractor -Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as engineering, construction management, Quantity surveying or project management. -Proficiency in contract administration, financial reporting, and contractor management.
