Strong design skills in space planning, finishes, lighting, and curb appeal.
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite; Enscape and Smartsheet are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a FIDER/CIDA accredited school.
Fluency in design documentation and detailing.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
