The Fabricator role involves operating a band saw and other equipment to custom‑fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and various specialized insulation products. The position requires safe, efficient operation, accurate material measurement, quality and housekeeping maintenance, and meeting daily production targets while complying with all safety requirements.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license if a company vehicle is used, and have experience or training in manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environments (preferred). Additional requirements include the ability to be medically certified for a respirator, basic computer skills, forklift certification, and a high school diploma or GED.
This is a safety‑sensitive position with less than 10% local travel. Physical demands include prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, hand‑eye coordination, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
