Corporate Recruiter (On Site)

Description

• Support high-volume hiring initiatives for new site expansion
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across engineering, operations, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and administrative teams
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and represent the Voltage brand
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, schedule interviews, and move candidates through the pipeline
• Coordinate hiring events, interview days, and job fairs as needed

Requirements

• This role is 100% On Site in Chapel Hill, NC. You must be able to commute between Chapel Hill and Roxboro, NC.*
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work onsite across Chapel Hill and Roxboro
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Proficiency with Adobe, DocuSign, and Microsoft Teams
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Proven experience with mass hiring or large-scale recruitment
