  • Administrative: 5 years (preferred)
  • 2+ years in reception or office admin.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills (you’re the one with the colour-coded calendar).
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
  • Great communication—both written and spoken.
  • Heavy Equipment industry: 3 years (preferred)
  • Travel planning experience.
  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (preferred)
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • High school diploma (post-secondary in Business Administration = bonus points).
  • Do you love being the friendly face that greets people and the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? We’re looking for a receptionist who’s equal parts organized multitasker and welcoming host.
  • Experience with CRMs or visitor management systems.
