The Senior Land Project Manager will lead the acquisition and development of new communities for Richmond American Homes. This role oversees land planning, budgeting, scheduling, construction management, compliance with company policies and municipal regulations, and provides field supervision across multiple projects.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $145,000 to $160,000, exempt FLSA status, and a year‑end discretionary bonus.
