Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician

Description

• Adhere to all company, safety, and industry standards, including OSHA and EPA guidelines.
• Work closely with the Service Manager and Dispatch team to ensure timely completion of scheduled PM contracts.
• Conduct inspections, testing, cleaning, and adjustments to maintain peak system performance and energy efficiency.
• Document all work performed, including service reports, checklists, and customer communications.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional, customer-focused service.
• Identify potential equipment issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent costly breakdowns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, boilers, split systems, air handlers, and related equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds at a time.
• High school education or equivalent
• Standing, reaching with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• 1-3 years of HVAC experience
• EPA/NATE Certifications are a plus
