Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight
Provides guidance, direction, oversight, and specialized assistance to project team members to achieve deliverable goals that meet the project deadlines

Experience with civil site design, site grading modeling, and pipeline design.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication skills and a proactive, client-service mindset.
Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment to anticipate and solve problems, and determine requirements for various complex project designs
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar design software) and able to visualize designs in 2D or 3D dimensions.
Engineers and project managers trust you to anticipate complex design needs and provide quality solutions
Ability to walk up to 3-miles on uneven terrain
May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds
Ability to inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Attention to detail, with the ability to balance accuracy and deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
May be required to travel to off-site locations including occasional overnight stays out of town
Familiarity working in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to work occasional overtime.

10+ years of civil design experience, with a focus on water or wastewater projects.
Associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or related field.

Anticipated starting wage: $90,900 to $111,100 DOE (Compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, etc.) This position will remain posted until it is filled.
