Input, maintain, and update property records using structured documentation practices and Excel-based data to ensure completeness, traceability, and support process improvement activities.
Ensure all accountable property is accurately reported in the designated asset property system of record, using intermediate Excel validation and data‑quality controls to enhance reporting accuracy and leadership visibility.
Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies/organizations to deliver timely, data‑driven asset management insights that help guide leadership decisions.
Provide agency support for IT asset acquisitions and perform inventory compliance checks using Excel models and structured documentation to identify patterns, forecast needs, and support leadership recommendations.
Automate equipment management processes or reporting needs using intermediate Excel functions, basic Power BI dashboards, or simple analytical workflows that enhance efficiency and support leadership decision‑making.
Support compliance with all applicable DoD guidance and organizational directives through meticulous documentation and robust asset data‑tracking practices that strengthen audit readiness.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with professionally documented findings supported by Excel‑based summaries or basic analytics that improve decision clarity.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, including the ability to use Excel to identify trends, detect inconsistencies, and support data‑driven asset management decisions.
Ability to lift desktop computers, laptops, and monitors to place at customer workstations or load into a van for destruction.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining organized documentation and analytically structured work products.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Demonstrate adherence to procedures and DoD compliance requirements supported by disciplined documentation practices and structured workflows.
Prior experience supporting DoD IT environments or service in the U.S. military is preferred.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly summarize analytical findings for various stakeholders and leadership.
CompTIA Security+ CE certification is preferred.
Ability to implement simple task automation or workflow efficiencies using Excel macros, templates, or well‑documented processes.
Occasional travel (1–2 weeks per year) within the Continental U.S. or to Hawaii may be required.
Must be on-site five (5) days per week.
Proficiency in technical communication and documentation, including creation of standardized templates, guides, and reporting artifacts.
Strong self‑motivation and ability to work independently while producing consistently accurate Excel‑based reports and organized documentation with minimal supervision.
Ability to interpret equipment‑related data using Excel analysis and present actionable insights to equipment managers, equipment users, or senior stakeholders.
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Intermediate Excel capabilities (pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formulas) and basic Power BI or related data visualization tools for leadership‑ready reporting.
Ability to safely drive a government-owned vehicle for an hour (one-way) to turn in equipment.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent years of related work or military experience.
Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
