Studies related to NPDES permit and/or Clean Water Act regulatory compliance
Demonstrated effective communications skills (oral and written).
Studies related to FERC hydroelectric project licensing and/or license compliance
Water sampling techniques
Ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully complete each of them within specified timeframes.
Moderately strenuous physical activity (water sampling, fish sampling, etc)
Some experience in negotiating with regulators or stakeholders.
Valid driver's license
