Conduct financial analysis to evaluate contract performance and profitability
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes
Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management best practices
Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting contract management
Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws and regulations
Develop, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
Analyze and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the protection of company interests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract strategies

Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management or commercial roles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of UAE commercial laws and regulations
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience working in the UAE business environment
Professional certifications such as IACCM or CCCM preferred
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and assess risks
Understanding of international contract law
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
