Description

The Residential Services Lodging Assistant supports the Club Rental program by preparing homes for guest check‑in, managing check‑out processes, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance. The role also involves administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory management, and supply organization, requiring excellent customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Key responsibilities include assisting with rental operations, ensuring properties meet club standards, overseeing cleaning schedules, stocking homes with amenities and marketing materials, and keeping the lodging office tidy. The assistant also manages inventory of supplies and rental vehicles, reorders home amenity items, maintains grocery stock levels, and handles grocery ordering, pickup, delivery, and staging for homeowners. Additional duties may arise as needed.

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with property staff promptly.
• Maintain property condition and enforce cleaning schedules.
• Stock homes with amenities, marketing materials, and bathroom supplies.
• Keep the lodging office clean and organized.
• Manage inventory of marketing supplies and rental‑assigned vehicles.
• Reorder home amenity supplies and maintain grocery stock at par levels.
• Pick up and deliver grocery orders to properties and stage them for guests.
• Place grocery order lists on behalf of homeowners.
