Your duties include delivering effective repairs, responding promptly to reactive issues, maintaining clear documentation via handheld IT systems, and supporting customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance professional to join our facilities maintenance team in the Bristol area. The role involves delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of multi-site clients. This position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to showcase expertise in a range of building-fabric tasks.
We require candidates with hands-on experience in multiple trades, relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent), a valid UK driver’s licence, and confidence working independently in customer-facing environments. Solid knowledge of health and safety standards and proficiency with handheld IT equipment are essential, while experience in retail or multi-site maintenance is desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of £33,272 per annum, a company van with a fuel card for personal use, and door-to-door pay that starts the moment you leave home. Employees receive 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced overtime rates, and an annual performance bonus of up to 4%.
The role is a full-time, 40-hour week (Monday‑Friday) with an on-call rota of one week in every four.
