  • Ability to Determine, Schedule, Direct and Manage multiple work crews and subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Must have supervisory skills handling crews ranging from 6-10 people.
  • Valid Drivers License Required
  • 1-2 years previous experience as a jobsite foreman
  • Extensive Knowledge of Plans & Specifications; including Federal, State and local industry-related regulations.
  • Daily On-Site management of construction project, which may require travel.
  • Exceptional safety record with strong understanding of OSHA requirements and regulations.
  • Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Experience operating various pieces of construction equipment including but not limited to: skid steer, back hoe, track hoe, compactor
  • Proficiency with jobsite tools including Lasers, Lines, Grades.(GPS experience a plus)
  • Current valid CDL helpful but not required.
  • Strong Computer, Communication & Organizational Skills - strict attention to detail.
  • Fit for Duty Baseline Physical (if applicable)
  • 5-Panel Drug Screen
  • Experience pipe laying as well as heavy equipment operation
  • Must maintain high quality workmanship
